- erasure – “the right to be forgotten”, if any of the cases of article 17 of GDPR applies (e.g. if the processing of your data is no longer necessary, if you have withdrawn your consent, if your data has been unlawfully processed).
- restriction of processing, if any of the cases of article 18 of GDPR applies (e.g. if the accuracy of your data is contested, if the processing is unlawful, if your personal information is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing).
- data portability, i.e. the right to request and receive from us a copy of all of your personal data in a commonly used and readable format, as well as to request the transmission thereof to another controller, where technically feasible (article 20 GDPR).
- object to the processing, under the conditions of article 21 of GDPR (e.g to any processing of your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes).
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
