The cycle comes full circle! In a few days, the harvest — the pinnacle moment of the olive tree’s annual cycle – begins!

This year has been a good year! The rains started early and lasted until early summer, while the winter was colder — just the way the olive tree likes it — compared to the last 2-3 years. If hail hadn’t caused damage (see entry from June 21, 2025) and if there had been a bit more rain in the summer, the year would have been excellent. But even so, the trees bear fruit well, so we have a good reason to celebrate!

We warmly invite you to join our group and take part in the harvest! Come experience the joy of gathering, of collective effort and of the co-creation of this most exquisite and precious gift of the Greek land!
