The cycle comes full circle! In a few days, the harvest — the pinnacle of the olive tree’s annual cycle — begins!

This year’s harvest will not be a large one. Most of the trees bore well last year and needed to rest this year. That is the nature of the olive tree, and all we can do is go along with it.

But there is enough fruit for us to toil and to enjoy the harvest! No willing worker will be left disappointed!

So, with great pleasure, we invite you to join us and take part in TRAGOS’ 6th “Harvest Days”! Places are limited, so please let us know in good time if you would like to come along.
