The cycle comes full circle! In a few days, the harvest \u2014 the pinnacle moment of the olive tree\u2019s annual cycle – begins!<\/p>

This year has been a good year! The rains started early and lasted until early summer, while the winter was colder \u2014 just the way the olive tree likes it \u2014 compared to the last 2-3 years. If hail hadn\u2019t caused damage (see entry from June 21, 2025) and if there had been a bit more rain in the summer, the year would have been excellent. But even so, the trees bear fruit well, so we have a good reason to celebrate!<\/p>

We warmly invite you to join our group and take part in the harvest! Come experience the joy of gathering, of collective effort and of the co-creation of this most exquisite and precious gift of the Greek land!<\/p>

Since spaces are limited to avoid disrupting the process, please coordinate with us in advance. You can find all the necessary information on our poster, or just ask us directly.<\/p>
