Of course, the best way to learn about olives and olive oil is on site! Every year during the second half of October Tragophiles [friends of Tragos] from many places join us on the groves to take part in the most celebrative phase of the olive trees\u2019 cycle; the harvest!<\/p>

Naturally, there are further farming works, such as pruning or fertilizing, during other periods of the year. You are very welcome to join these Cultivation Days too!<\/p>
